The dithering effect is muddling everything up and creating a lot of noise, drawing attention away from where the main focus should be (Dogma and Isaac). It also hides the animations on dogma, as everything is flickering back and forth.

The composition is a little off too because Isaac and dogma are pretty off-center, and Isaac is way too close to the edge of the image.

The TV is also way too big compared to both Isaac and Dogma. In the game they're around a similar size.
