Well put yourself in the shoes of a 9-year-old who got punished for trying to do the right thing. Also, getting recess taken away is detrimental to a child's physical and mental health, so it may be small to an adult, but it's big to a child. What you're seeing here is not even a third of what that teacher put us through.

Animation is alright, lines could use cleaning in some parts like when pico enters. Also, a lot of shots are being reused and it shows, as the only animation is when pico showcases the gun, and the only other piece of animation after that isn't colored, and the only other colored parts are static images.
